I've been trying to lose weight and build some muscle but I need to add more protein to my diet. If you know of a protein shake made especially for diabetics please let me know. I already eat plenty of fish, chicken, tofu and other lean proteins but a protein shake after a workout would be great. Thanks.

Glucerna is for diabetics. Don't know if it is a protein shake specifically but is formulated for the diabetic. Boost has a glucose control drink.

Glucerna in a can (Pour it inrto the Blender without the can...lol),blended with ice cubes in a blender. All the nutrients and vitamins you need after a good workout.......Much better for you and tastes better than Ensure..I can vouch for it myself....

Invest in smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is a lot easier – those diminutive portions suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to eat less.

Return to basics – burn more calorie consumption than you ingest.
