I forgot about it and left it in my car for a few weeks. It endured some really, really, really hot summer days in the car but is currently at a fine temperature now. Is it okay to use or could the heat have "spoiled" the medicine?

it won't hurt you, but I doubt it will be potent anymore. Most medications cannot tolerate those sorts of conditions without degrading. Suggest you toss it and take better care of your inhalers in future.

Hmm...that's a good question, I also use an inhaler and have never been in that sort of situation. It probably would be a good idea for you to call your pharmacist to make sure - better to be safe.

Try it once.. If its not working or different then dont use it but if its just like normal it should be fine
