cramps without a period is no reason of it's own to see a doctor. But you have to explore possible causes, like, could you be pregnant? Have you had some major stresses in your life? Are you anticipating a major stressor? Have your periods ever been irregular before? Answer some of those and you will have a clearer idea of whether or not a trip to the doctor is needed.

If your period is late, then you should get a pregnancy test.

Drink red raspberry leaf tea to treat cramping. If you use it on a regular basis, you will get to the point that you rarely need it.

You can have cramps when you are ovulating, i have this sometimes and then nothing...
but i travel quite a bit so my cycle can be messed up.
If you get this every month then maybe you should see a doc.
Maybe you are stressed out?.

I'd be tickled if I wasn't cramping.

Take it easy, give it time.

Are you stressed? On birth control? These could affect when your period comes and if you have cramps.
