I found this website, but this is only a find. You can apply for Free Care at any hospital. They will help you pay. Call them and sign up.

As everyone has said you need to see a doctor, but with those symptoms what you really need is a neurologist.
This does not sound like a circulation problem!
It does however present itself like a neuro-muscular disorder.
This would include Dystrophies, Myopathies and some metabolic disorders. If you have trouble accessing a referal to a neurologist, try getting in touch with the local muscular dystrophy group. Explain your situation and symptoms and see if they can get you some help.
I hope this helps.

It's possible it is a problem with your circulation, but you also sound like you have Essential Tremors or Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue. Check out the sites below and see if you fit the profiles for any of these. Your symptoms sound a lot like me, and I have Essential Tremors and Fibromyalgia. Only doctors can treat them.

You definitely need to see a doctor! It sounds like a circulation problem and that could be serious because it could lead to blood clots, strokes, heart attacks, etc. Soemthing is the cause for this, because as you know it is not normal.

insurance or no, you need to see a doctor. Check with your county hospital, most are supported by the state and have to see and treat you regardless of your ability to pay.
