Im having an anxiety attack, I can't leave or go to a doctor, is there anything I can do until I can get to a doctor? I feel like im going crazy...

It really works. I suffered anxiety for years and this fixed me up permanently.

1) BREATH, slowly, deep breaths.
2) Reasons for the anxiety attack, what are your thoughts. What are you thinking now and just before the attack?
3) List your feelings in a paper and the obsesive thoughts in your mind write them down
4) Think how you have felt anxiety in the past and everything was okay after, relive that experience of calmness you had before.

and when you see the doctor work on coping skills or medication.

Just try to calm yourself down first.

Take deep breaths and focus on counting. Count from 100 and tell yourself that when you reach 0, your anxiety levels will drop.

Anxiety is caused by a rush of adrenalin in the brain. Tell yourself that you can control it and that there is nothing to fear.

After you have gone through this attack, identify what has caused you to react this way. Then, find methods to deal with it. For help, read this article

you don't need a doctor. you need to realize a few things. anxiety is caused by a release of adrenaline from the brain. adrenaline is a very short acting hormone, 15 minutes tops. You need to sit quietly, focus on breathing slowly, and wait in that position for at least 15 minutes, set a timer, because time crawls by and you won't be able to tell just by sitting there. but that is all that is happening, and just breathing slowly and waiting it out is all you really need to do.

Yes. Have a cup of Chamomile Tea. Or have a half bagel with Jelly, and a banana. They are known to calm nerves. I take them all before I go to see a doctor.

Can you buy chamomille tea? Try watching a funny movie, put your face in cold water or call a friend and spill your guts out. Take a walk in nature. best of luck to you

Blow into a brown paper bag.
Count your breathes.
A doctor will not be able to help, remember that you will not die, it is only panic.
Think about something else.
Take some herbal Rhodiola, available in capsules, it should help.
