okay, so,im concerned about my weight.
i believe i weigh some where around 170-190
i have several questions.
1. how do you put yourself in the state of mind "i can loose weight,i can do it"?
2. what sort of things can i do to my diet?
3. how can i excercise when, i live in a not so safe environment,& can't afford excercise machines.
4.i know alot of answers will say go to the doctor. i tried,the nutrionist wanted a 75 dollar co pay which my mom cant afford,and i could only go if i was obesse,you get the point. & plus it would take 5 months for insure papers to go threw,thanks to this wonderful ecconomy :D *sarcastic*

and that the next thing he knew was that he blacked out and his friend noticed him on the floor .he went to see the doctor and they said everything was alright they eliminated seizures cuz they said it would of lasted quite a while. can someone help me out cuz he thinks the next time the doctor sees him their gone give him bad news so he dont want to go back, thanks

I went out with this guy 3 times. We broke up for the last time in february. Ever since he's been on my case about everything. I always thought he was weird. He always tells me about respect even though he is the most disrespectful person I've ever met. He thinks he is some ancient warrior who is 5000 years old. He's a freak. Today we were talking, and he of course tried to be all I-know-it-all with me. He said that if I smoke I will have lung cancer(for sure), and I'll be on oxygen mask before 30. He also said that I will die of marijuana, and everyonone knows that marijuana doesn't kill. We were also talking about police and he asked me " would you like it if someone flipped you off?" I said " I WOULDN'T like to be hit with one of those sticks either but they still do it" Since he thinks he is so smart and knows ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. He thinks he's a genious.Well anyways he thought I said I WOULD, and was all like so you like violence. I always thoughtyou were a little weird!

A little weird? This guy truly believes he's an ancient warrior who is 5000 years old. I started to get mad, and he was like "whatever, i don't want anything to do with you" I got even more mad. I never mentioned I wanted anything to do with him, so what gave him the idea? In fact, he was the one that messaged me. He also has no respect for women. He said that it's a woman's JOB to make babies. WTF? Ok what the hell is this guy's problem? Should ignorant people like him even exist. This is the only case where I think that his mom should've aborted him. Otherwise I'm against abortion.

I've gotten a menstrual cup. It's actually the coolest thing I've ever gotten. It's a reusable cup made out of surgical grade silicone. You use it in place of a tampon and all it does is catch the runoff. You empty it out, wash it off and put it back. All my friends are grossed out by it but I don't understand why. Hi everyone. I know it's kinda stupid asking people on here about this, i doubt there are many doctors, but i need oppinions. I was born with a birthmark on my face. which isnt horrible but still bothers me alot. It is light purple and it covers the whole left side of my face.I think it makes me really ugly. I only have one friend. And i feel that he only hangs with me because no one does and he feels pitty for me. I feel that everyone treats me differnt then they do others. I feel like people doesnt consider me as good as other people and this really hurts me. People talk to me once in a while but when other people are around its like im not even there. Sometimes im happy and im able to overlook it, but when i see people doing something and communicated with others and pretending like im not there. i instantly get really mad inside and i wanna quit whatever im doing. whether it be my job or whatever and i want to just tell everyone to go to hell and go out and kill myself. any help?

My step-son needs mental help, he has Schizophrenia and other mental health problems. depression, drug addiction, learning disability, sleep problems, insomnia, ... Paranoid
But the problem is that he is in Jail and the state will not offer help if he is in Jail, because it is a state law. Now my real question is does anyone out there know of places, or Organizations that may offer help, my husband and I really want him to get help, but every where we turn it is a brick wall.

ok well heres the deal, my blood pressure is all over the place. The doctors think I have white coat syndrome, and the problem is I cannot get over taking my blood pressure. When the doc tells me I gotta take a blood pressure test my hearts starts beating really fast and hard, sometimes I start sweating and my eyes get blood shot red plus my face gets red. The doc first told me I had high blood pressure when I was in 10th grade, my reading was like 145/85 and ever since then I have had a great fear of measuring my blood pressure. Im really confused, and no I cannot take the home test....its not the doc that scares me...its taking my blood pressure that scares me. I want it to be low so bad that I get really nervous, anyways it ranges from 120-70 to 215-110....recently it was 195/100. I get more nervous when I take my blood pressure then I do when I make a public speech. I think my real blood pressure is around 140/85 which is still high. I eat very badly, like 6 double cheeseburgers an
