You know, I'm not going to help you, because I am a Mom, my son is two years older than you and underweighs you by 10 lbs. You don't need to lose weight. It might be nice if the weight were more muscle...

Do you swim? Do you run? Either of those will help turn your body into a lean machine. Working out with weights would be good, too, but you need a coach for that. A coach! What a good idea!

Stay hydrated. Keep your protein level up (no more than 2 protein bars a day). And find a personal trainer or a school coach to help you map out a practice regimen.

And I thought I wasn't going to help you!! I hate it when they're too cute!!

When I was 15 I was 120. So to lose wait, I joined track, where they did ab crunches, push ups, jumping jacks, mountain climber, suicides, and most importantly run around the whole entire track 4-5 times a day. But that was practice. At meets we ran around like 10 times. It helps muscle get stronger and lose weight & sweat that is in you body. & even when you're not at school or track you should go for a daily job for about an hour.

Depending on how tall you are 123 is not a weight that you should be worried about. If you must exercise , excercise to help with your cardio status (heart). Running , treadmill exercises, bicycling and thats about it. Eat right meaing eat foods that will supply you with all the nutrients needed. Good Luck!!

Your body can change dramatically through your teenage years, but I am sure you already know that. I have myself been preoccupied for many years thinking I am underweight. Just don't let it become an obsession, I did for many years.

Naturally I am and obviously I've tried for years to change it. If you are serious about it and it bothers you that much then you have to work for it. It's something I learned by failing for many years. Try going for a run, going swimming, riding a bicycle.

Another idea is to buy a Nintendo Wii and that boxing game, thats bound to make you lose a few pounds! Remember to keep hydrated, something I need to remember myself :)

I'm assuming that since you're asking this in the men's health section, that you're a 15 year old boy. In which case, you shouldn't be losing weight. You should be trying to bulk up, because you're scrawny.

If you're a girl, then run run run. It gets rid of every kind of fat. (not that 123 is fat anyways)

try sports, walking (an hour maybe), and change your sit ups everyday. Maybe monday you'll do a 100 crunches, whilst tuesday you do a 100 bycicles. If you have friends who play sports ask about there workouts. Also don't forget to up the number of your workouts too. Your body adjusts to workouts eventually and the workout would then be pointless
