Circumcised means that you have had your forskin, that covers your penis head, removed. (i.e cut) Uncircumcised means you still have your forskin that covers your penis head. (i.e uncut)

circumcised means a male has had the foreskin removed from his penis, usually something done soon after birth. To be "cut" means to have been circumcised, and "uncut", means to be uncircumcised, or still have the foreskin intact.

Circumcized and cut are synonyms. That is, they mean exactly the same thing. Uncut means uncircumsized. This means that the foreskin of the penis is still intact and not cut or surgically molested in anyway, the way nature intended it to be.

Circumcised/cut - to remove all or part of the foreskin from the penis, either for hygiene reasons or as part of a religious ritual.
Uncut means they didn't do the above procedure.
