NO. Creatine naturally exists in re3d meat, and is a significant building block of muscles and a mild vasodialoator(makes blood vessels expand, lowering blood pressure) It works wonders on muscles, but if you really neede a pump, try NO-xplode.

According to the scientific literature, no. And I'm not sure how much trust I would put into the article linked above, since it refers to creatine as a protein, which it isn't.
