Rice Krispies or Cheerios. Puffed Rice is even better and its not that bad if you put fruit in it

A cereal that has nothing but oats and raisins (the all natural kind with no sugar added that is and no salt added).

(yuck I eat those types of cereals but they are the best that I've seen)

Yum: definitely Cheerios like the guy above said (they make an organic kind now that doesn't have high fortuitous corn syrup in it).

grape nuts, fiber one,eight grain hot cereals, and oatmeal.
mix the first two with lowfat sugar free yogurts for a real treat, add fruit for a big bowl of goodness!

I always loved Grape Nuts. Whole wheat without added sweeteners.

Oatmeal, add fruit & honey, not sugar.
Failing that, try Bran Flakes, from the bulk food store.
You can also add fruit & nuts with honey to that.
