my fiance said that he woke up feeling nauseated and he felt his eyes roll back...?

and that the next thing he knew was that he blacked out and his friend noticed him on the floor .he went to see the doctor and they said everything was alright they eliminated seizures cuz they said it would of lasted quite a while. can someone help me out cuz he thinks the next time the doctor sees him their gone give him bad news so he dont want to go back, thanks

seeing the doctor is helpful if this recurs. there is no other way to diagnose this problem, if there is any. there are times when one has some symptoms that never recur and the cause can never be figured out, good luck
