snack:oops i picked at cake about 2 tbls of icing and 3 chips with 1 tbls of onion dip
cake icing calories:200
chips and dip [remember very small amount] calories:100

*i was at a birthday party

lunch: 1/2 a smart meal calories : 150
3 slices of steak [each the size of index finger] calories:200

for dinner i plan to eat:

lean cuisine 300 calories

i also walked for 1 hour at a fast pace



do you think i blew it or did i do just fine?

I might have to get a small surgery in a few months and the doctor will make some small cuts. Then they are going to give me stitches to wear and I think they will be on for a few days to maybe a week. My question is after they take the stitches out, will I have the scars for my whole life or will the scars eventually heal if I take care of them properly? ♥ Thanks for your help! =)

I have had type 1 diabetes for 27 years. Whenever I have a low blood sugar episode (where my blood sugar drops below 60 or so), after I recover I feel obliterated for the rest of the day or until I am able to sleep it off.

I am so tired and sleepy I can hardly function. Does anyone know why this is? You would think that after my sugar returns to normal I would feel better, but often I feel worse.

My family is really not normal! I feel like the only one that got out with finding emotional health. But then I look around.. isn't having 'toxic' familly the normal thing nowadays... I hope so, because I don't want to feel ripped off.

My family and I are going on vacation in August, and I know I'll be getting my period on vacation. For the past 3 years, I've gotten my period on vacation, although my cycle has changed from beginning to middle to end of the month. I just always seem to get my period when we go on vacation, and every year we go to the beach. I was wondering if there is any possible way to either delay your period or make it come earlier. A friend of mine said there's a pill I can take, but I'm not sure. I know how to use tampons [I'm a competitive swimmer] but I hate feeling bloated wearing my swimsuit, or feeling cranky. I'll also be the only girl there under 40, with my two brothers and three boy cousins, so it's really awkward. I was hoping there's some way to "fix" the situation. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Back in the 70's my mother had cancer. She went to Mexico and used a drug called Layatrill, At least I believe that is the spelling, Anyway I remember she got in alot of trouble for bringing it into the states (my mom the drug trafficker) It really seemed to work, Why would our government stop something that worked?

All of the kids have my fathers deep brown eyes. Only the last time I saw him, he seems to have developed a thick grey very noticeable border around the deep brown we all inherited. I've looked around on the internet and can't seem to find anything on the phenomenon. Anyone seen this happen? Does it mean there's some kind of problem?

i have one eye that is red and i dont know what it is or how to get rid of it. i dont think i have conjunctivitis (pinkeye) because i dont itch at all. i wear contacts but i take them out when i need to and i dont think it has to do with this. i get sleep in eyes more than usual when i wake up and my eye tears more than usual too.

I want to transform my body and am open to any ideas. I usually ride a recumbent bike, use a treadmill at home. Don't have any weights. I eat pretty healthy, but have an addiction to sugar and carbs (like most people or hormonal women). I know about weight gain associated with gain of muscle and I haven't experienced that problem. i wanna go on a trip on wednesday [ which i paid for already ] and i just got my period this morning. im wondering if there is a possibility if i can go in the water when i have my period without using a tampon because my mother says im too young for that and it hurts. My brother is 8 and has been waiting his whole life to try out for soccer. He practiced all winter indoors and is really good. Tryouts are at 2pm today and last night he threw up. i just ate a pretty big salad with carrots, celery, pickles, banana peppers, a little bit of lightdone right thousand island dressing & balsamic vinegar dressing (just a little of both), and an apple and an orange.

So far I have failed all kinds of treatments including block injections and the Spinal Cord Stimulator. Dr. Tells me that my only option is to have the morphine pump. I do not want to have any kind of things implanted in my body especially the morphine pump. My body tends to reject evrything that is fornrer including the Spinal Cord. Does anyone else heard of any other options. I defenilty do not want to be on morphine.

Is it possible to be so severely allergic to cats that you get bronchitis after being exposed. I threw a bridal shower for my sister a few weeks ago, and one of the bridesmaids claims she is so allergic to cats that she ended up with bronchitis a week or two after the shower b/c "the cats weakened her immune system". She was not around the cats, they were locked in the basement and all the dander was thoroughly vacuumed up. Is it possible to get this sick, or is she just being rude by blaming me?
