breakfeast: small piece of toast with splenda and skim milk
calories:200

snack:oops i picked at cake about 2 tbls of icing and 3 chips with 1 tbls of onion dip
cake icing calories:200
chips and dip [remember very small amount] calories:100

*i was at a birthday party

lunch: 1/2 a smart meal calories : 150
3 slices of steak [each the size of index finger] calories:200

for dinner i plan to eat:

lean cuisine 300 calories

i also walked for 1 hour at a fast pace



do you think i blew it or did i do just fine?

You didn't blow it, don't worry! Just try to get some fruits and veggies in there,too!

i think you could have done much better - first of all you need more calories in your diet otherwise you will lose water weight and muscle not fat and slow down metabolism.
you have to have bigger breakfast - complex carbs - they give you energy.
you binge because you deprive your body - have some fruit - they contain froctose and will satisfy your sweet tooth.
lunch - bigger - veggies, some protein and some complex carbs
dinner - less processed foods are better - steam veggies and boil some lean meat with lots of spices.
body needs 50cal/hour just for basic functioning (like when you are in coma) and thats 1200cal/day for a person thats under 150lbs.

You have to allow yourself for small amounts of the "bad things", as long as you KNOW they are bad for you and don't overindulge. Forgive yourself and know that tomorrow you'll do better. :)

Just try to cut back on your fat intake, drink more water and exercise daily and you'll be fine!! Good luck!
