what are the rooms called that you go into and its full of steam (it helps you relax) and how can i find 1 where i live

A sauna. Try contacting your local gym to see if they have one. They're very nice too!!

The answer is STEAM ROOM.
(NOT Sauna)
Sauna is DRY heat....
If you live in the USA, look in your Yellow Pages telephone book under Health Clubs and phone them.
Saunas are more popular than Steam Rooms these days because they are easier to clean, but you'll find one!

its called a steam room or a steam bath, a sauna is dry heat no steam, you can usually find them at nicer health clubs, and some hotels.

They're called Sauna's. OMG the best! You could probably try the yellow pages or even google to find where one is in your area. You can even buy one for a couple thousand dollars.

These are called wet saunas.About 160f pour water on rocks.the steam produced will clean out all your pours of oil and contaminents.you can build your own,save money.

umm..are you talking about a sauna/steamroom??they are found in most hotels and clubs,and gyms.find out at one of these,which you are bound to have near your home.
