It could be low blood pressure. If you are somewhat dehydrated, that could be the reason.

I had the same problem except I would get dizzy and things would go black for a few seconds. I talked to my doctor, and she said the problem was I was not getting enough iron in my diet. So I upped my iron intake and now its been a few months since my last dizzy spell. Hope this helps!

DANG! Do you eat or u on a diet?Cuz lik for a day n a half i didnt eat n i started to go to a friends house n i was lightheaded half way there n my vison was blurryyyyy If ur rly worried u should have told ur parents n made an appointment instead of making us GUESS!! >:( PTS PLS! i reached my limit of answering :( all i can do is this lol

It might be low blood pressure it causes that when you get up to fast or if you were sitting or laying down for a long time

You're probably just getting up too fast and the blood is rushing from your head, and it's taking a while to flow back to normal.

Are you eating enough? If you don't eat enough you can feel dizzy and lightheaded. Talk to your doctor though, that would be the best idea.

it's called hypotension and it's due to low blood pressure. make sure ur sugar levels are high enough or it could become an issue.
