My brother is 8 and has been waiting his whole life to try out for soccer. He practiced all winter indoors and is really good. Tryouts are at 2pm today and last night he threw up. He hasnt thrown up since then but he is feeling tired and is sleeping now. Does anyone know anything he can do to get better fast? The poor kid is heartbroken.

Try to hydrate and eat a little something that's easy to digest. Don't miss the try out. If he's strong enough to walk the adrenalin will take over.

His health is more important so he must get better and the healing process takes its course. The games will always be there. If he feels better he will play but if he can't everyone should cheer him up.

let him sleep. sounds like he needs it.
if he feels a bit better have him eat something, but NOT dairy products. something like toast should do the trick.
