does anyone have a plan that lets you see improvement in abs fairly quickly??

Yes working out. Sounds sarcastic but the majority of people who complain about the lack of definition in the abs aren't willing to do what it takes to get those abs of steel.

Cardio is the best way to burn fat. Do one hour of cardio a day.

Then add in ab definition moves. Start out slow since you don't want to pull a muscle and do as much as it takes to feel a burn the next day but not pain.

Do twice as much lower abs and obliques as upper abs.

Each week increase the number. You need to continuously feel the burn. If you do 50 the first week and it hurts, but after 2 weeks you are no longer feeling the burn--you are not working out to the max benefit.

You want to have a program that will burn fat while you are working out and at the same time putting on the muscle.

You will not see any improvement in your abs if you do not get the stomach area fat that is there if you have any and most people do have some fat in the stomach area.
