First off, don't freak out at all. It's totally normal for each month of your period to be different than the last. One reason is you may not have had it for that long so you're body is still adjusting to changing. Or, what sometimes helps, for me it did anyways, is I'm on the pill and that regulates my periods every month. If you have any other questions, I'd suggest talking to your gyno. Hope this helps!

Well at least your getting your period, if you weren't that could possibly be a sign of infertility (being infertile and not being able to have children)
You can't be so sure its ending. Sometimes the blood flow could be slow at one point then speed up again. That's why its good to use a pad/tampon/etc for about a week or until your definitely sure its gone.
As far as it getting longer and worse, it shouldn't really, unless this is rare and your usual menstrual period lasts longer. Each month, the female reproductive system prepares for a possible pregnancy.
Take a look at this...
http://i11.tinypic.com/4zxytqb.jpg
Its a picture of a typical menstrual period. its the last chart there. The menstrual period is about 7 days and your ovulation period is about 21 days. If your period usually lasts only two-three days , then it means that your ovulation and opportunity to become pregnant will come at the same time as your period.
However, if your only 15, 16, maybe even 17 and 18, or under, its hard to really say anything. Your body is still growing.
Hope that helped.

Hey hon. I've noticed that sometimes it like goes on and off. Like it will go for a couple of days and seem like its quitting but the next day be stronger again. You'll just have to wait to find out. Also, sometimes it just lasts longer some months than others - which pretty much isnt a big deal at all. Just relax and wait, Im guessing that next months things will be the same as usual. Take care and relax! :)

Sometimes that will happen. Just be careful because sometimes it likes to trick you. Like it will be really light and then go away for a day but then will come back. I'm always cautious for the entire week from the 1st day i get it. Always carry something with you just in case. And if you're younger, then it will usually be irregular for the first couple years.

It can kinda go weird like that sometimes, especially if you're doing something different with your body--starting a new diet, trying out a new exercise program, etc. I mean, there are women who hit menopause by 30, but it's rare. It may just be very light this month if you're doing something different. I wouldn't worry unless it lasts like 2-3 months.

lucky you. mine used to last for about 8 days =P
if you've just hit puberty then no prob. you'll continue changing. eventually you MIGHT get regular. some people never do. i had to start birth control to get more regular... but then i quit and now we're having a boy. lol.
don't worry. be happy it's so short. ^_^
