I have gained 20 pounds in the last year and i hate it. None of my clothes fit me anymore so I just wear the few items that do over and over again. Now summer is coming and for sure my summer clothes won't fit me (tank tops are totally different than bulky sweaters that I can hide my fat in). I know it's cuz I started eating more and my job changed so that I am sitting all day. I joined a gym in January but barely go so I'm paying for it for nothing. I just can't motivate myself to go. Please help me with some ways to make myself go to the gym. I don't want to use pills and quick fix gimmicks - plus I don't have a lot of money to spend and I already signed up to the gym for a year which is already causing a dent in my budget. Today I told myself I'd go to the gym for sure after work but now I just don't want to. I don't feel like it. I eat pretty well - not much meat, lots of veggies, grains, drink water - but I eat a lot. At dinner, I always eat till I'm totally full.
