I noticed it yesterday, it's not red or discolored in anyway, but it's sore when I touch it. If I leave it alone it doesn't hurt at all. It's hard and it's not moblie but it's really small- like the size of a pea.
Does anyone know what this bump could be? Is it a sore of some kind.. or associated with acne? (I have acne)

I'm really afraid that it's something like cancer or a tumor.

It could just be a cyst under the skin from acne. Have your doc look at it.

It could be a white head - like a black head but the oil and debris has been trapped beneath the skin and has hardened. Use a little Epsom salts in hot water (about as hot as you can stand it), soak a wash cloth and hold it on the effected area. It may take a few days but if it is a white head, it should soften and disappear soon. Do you know where there is a salon where they do facials? I would go in and ask them.

It is probably a pimple. Don't touch it, and keep the area clean. If a whitehead appears, then you will be sure. If you are male, it could be an ingrown hair. My husband is a very hairy Italian, and he gets these things on his face and body every now and then. They usually go away on their own.

Could it be a ingrown black head i have something simiilar i would go check it out.
