You seem to know alot about your allergies....with the terminology you use....Urticaria can be miserable...try taking some Benadryl which is over the counter..and you can put Aveeno in your bath water for the itching...you can also use regular Baking Soda and just pour about 1/2 a box under running water..when you get out of the tub use some non perfumed lotion on your skin...Baby lotion works well...The Benadryl will help both the skin and the nose....
You also should think about making an appt. with an allergy doctor....

You definately need to visit an allergist for testing, then you need to avoid your allergens, which could be anything from pollen to food.Your first step is a complete allergy panel.Increase intake of Vitamin-C avoid scented soaps and shampoos.Try to avoid chemical exposure, use an air filter, and vacuum daily.

Benadryl works fairly well for me. Zyrtec works better, but it is more expensive and it by prescription only. Try some of the medications for allergies at the store and see what will work well for you.
Good luck; I have the same trouble that you do.

If you could identify the allergen, then try to avoid it. Vitamin C is one of the most important vital nutrients for those who suffer from symptoms of allergies. Foods rich in vitamin C such as citrus fruits and amla has to be taken every day to avoid these allergies.
