I have had some bad sleeping patterns during the past years (sleeping late, waking up early and not having any specific sleep and wake up time and not getting enough sleep during the night) and I have also had stress and anxiety problems. Recently I have noticed that at times I have trouble remembering things that I could easily remember in the past....

Is lack of sleep and stress/anxiety related to memory problems? Can fixing the sleeping patterns and changing life-style help to improve the problem? I'm kind of worried is this problem dangerous? How can I fix it?

Like that commercial, with the cartooned woman and the stick for a husband. How can we, women, eat the same as men, drink the same, exercise the same, yet lose NOTHING? And it seems to fall off of men? Can someone explain so I can get my fat butt back to the gym?

I have been getting short sharp pains in my right breast. It is kind of like growing pains but I'm 25 so i don't think it could be them. They aren't constant. They come and go. I probably get them about 2-3 times a week. I'm not sure what it could be and want to have some idea.

I wore braces from age 13 - 15. They were removed because I didn't take the time to clean around them. I won't make excuses; I was young and naive.

To make a long story short, I'm 19 now and I have visible decalcification around all my teeth - basically in places that braces weren't. The level of decalcification is similar to this photo: http://www.staggersorthodontics.com/images/Decal.JPG

In fact, that actually looks VERY similar to my mouth. Additionally, I've had bruxism caused by stress and/or antidepressants. As a result, my occlusal surfaces are fairly worn. (If dental professionals are reading, mine is centric bruxism, and has had minimal effects on my gums and TMJ, and I'm wearing the hardest maxillary mouthguard my dentist provide, after wearing thru a thermoplastic in 2 months).

I've got a minor overbite (4 mm overlap) and a more significant overjet (7 mm).

What problems might arise in my future? Also, is it bad to drink sugar-free Coke after brushing my teeth?

im about 5'8 120 pounds, pretty fit but whenever im at the gym, i can workout for 2-3 hours of weight lifting without getting tired.. i am doing alot of exercises; doing 3-4 sets /w maxing my weight to only 10-12 reps for every exercise. The thing is i can be working on my chest, then delts, then biceps, then i can go back to chests w/o being tired.. i am wondering is this over training? should i only do 3 sets of bench press, then move on, and not do more sets 30 mins later? i dont feel tired, but i cant lift as much as the 1st time but i still have alot of energy to lift.. is this over training? i am only taking 2 min breaks max, but feel as though i can stay at the gym for 2-3 hours of consistent lifting .. is this bad?

Can anyone give me an (or their own) example of an intense workout routine? I love to do a 40-45 minute run on a treadmill which I do about 5 to 6 days a week, but I know that is not necessarily enough. Any suggestions? I'm trying to lose a little weight

Whenever i am about to do anything like go for an interveiw or do a speech for a class, it could be anything new, I get so nervous. I can't calm down and relax. My heart is pounding and I can't pronounce words correctly. I know this is common with all people, but I think I have it too much. I also have it when I am speaking to someone of aurthority. It is like my adrenalin is going overboard. I just want to be calm and really feel it. Does anyone have suggestions?

Ever since I was little my body aches when it rains. My family doctor said it was growing pains, but it still happens and I think I'm done growing.(my brother and sister 8 and 16 both get these "growing pains") Recently my neck and shoulders swell up randomly. It feels like i'm turning to stone, it gets so bad sometimes I cant move my whole upper body.I dont like to take pills so I use hot and cold compresses. If I really have Fibromyalgia is there anything I can do now to prevent a life of hell and being addicted to pain killers?

i dont think kids should be on pills for mental disorders i mean how can u tell that they even have one since it was normal for kids to act the way they do now 20 to 60 years ago i think there should be a law that says kids under 18 can not be on meds for a mental disorder then maybe at least half the world or more would actully be sane.

tell me if u have ever thought of something like this.

I'm 5'9" and 170 (i'm a thick sistah, but not fat) and i gained a little weight over the winter. I want to lose about 30 pounds or so. I want to start walking but i really haven't exercised in a while. Is walking a good start? Should i walk fast or slow when just starting out? How long should i walk when starting? I have an outdoor track right by me that's a half-mile long.
