Chocolates and sweets are OK in small amounts..... But many things determine if you will gain weight when you get older..... As long as you continue to eat healthy and in proper amounts and get regular exercise....... You should be able to keep your figure ( slim body). Women gain weight for many reasons, Stress, Pregnancy, child birth, gland problems, diabetes just to name a few but lack of exercise is usually the biggest cause NOT CHOCOLATE>

At present you are young and thin and still at the development stage. There will be a point in your life when you will stop getting tall.

During this stage you will get fat if you still eat the same sweets without any exercise (except if you have a real fast metabolism).

The best way to know is to look at your parents and grandparents. Your weight and size will be close to them simply because you are carrying their genes. Most women do start to gain weight around a certain age, maybe 35 or 40 and by then you notice the gain and make adjustments in your diet and calorie intake. I really wouldn't worry too much about it, especially at your age. Just relax sweetie and enjoy being young and carefree. How dull life would be if we couldn't enjoy a few sweets now and then.

A lot depends on metabolism. My roommate, at 14 was the same way, 10 years later, I still see her eat crap and she's still skinny. It could catch up to you eventually, or a lot of people find that after they have babies it catches up to them. That being said, its good that you eat healthy as well, but how much of the bad stuff do you take in compared to the good stuff? Also, you have to think about what it is doing to your health, such as heart, etc. Diet plays a lot with the way your hair looks and same with skin, your mood gets affected too.

You'll only get fat if you stop eating healthy food and don't excercise at all, that will slow down your metabolism. As long as you still eat healthy food and excercise regularly, chocolate and sweets shouldn't be a problem, if you don't gorge yourself on them.

Your body metabolism will slow down as you get older and you'll have to eat correctly and exercise to keep your body weight down and and keep healthy.
Continue eating chocolates and sweets and not exercise your metabolism will go sluggish and out of sorts and you will eventually gain weight and end you looking like a blimp.

You only live once. Indulge. But when you start getting older usually the weight comes on easier so if you want to continue your indulging you might want to excercise to stay skinny. Unless your one of the few blessed with the continueing metabolism of a 5 yr old. In which case f uc k you.
