PLEASE DO NOTTT Sit there and say "diet and excersize".. i do not eat meat and havent for the last 7 years now. I hate excersizing and im limited to my dieting considering i am a vegitarian (not vegan) and i dont like most vegitables. Im looking for either a diet pill that actually works that isnt damaging or some kind of miracle to make me loose weight.. i am 19 years old. i am 5'3'' and i weigh in at about 155 right now. i want to loose atleast 15 pounds. summer is comming help!

dont try if you dont think about it ..it will work or try a blood type following it has worked for many people

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Wow... your answer explains why you are overweight... you are lazy! I don't care what you WANT me to say... The best way to lose weight is through PROPER diet and excersize.

it begins at the grocery store. If you don't buy it , you won't eat it!
Go thru your kitchen and throw out things that tempt you to eat bad foods or too much food.
Good--
Skim milk, 100% fruit juice in moderation, nothing fried,eat only when your stomach growls to let you know it's time to eat.

the best has to be xenadrine, go to g.n.c. and by a mebership for 20 that covers a year of a deal of saveings.you hardly need to do any exsesize.
