My workout consist of this:
5min heavybag
5min speedbag
50 pushups
5 min jump rope (non stop)
10 min jump rope (non stop)

can't give a definate answer. depends on the fight bro. and it also depends on if all those exercises you just listed are done without a break in between.

If you run a mile then sit and take a water break for 5 minutes, then do 5 minutes on the heavybag bag and 5 on the speedbag and do 50 pushups and then take another water water break, then jump rope for 15 minutes and call it a workout then, in my humble opinion, you may last against an inexperienced fighter who doesn't keep you on your toes. But if you take a bunch of breaks in that workout ur mentioning and then go against a real fighter, then you'll probably get winded pretty quickly.

If you're doing all the things you listed without a single break except for maybe one 30-60 minutes break to take a gulp of water, then you'll be able to get through a round decently....unless of course you get hit up under the sternum and get the wind knocked out of you...lol.

And in either case, whether you take a lot of breaks or take none, if you are fighting someone who is better than you, you will be the one to get too tired to fight first.

The more experienced he is, the more he will make you work. The better shape he's in compared to you, the harder it will be to outlast him. Same equation goes for how powerful or fast he is.

Good luck and train eat and sleep right.
