My memory is not good, I guess due to years of living but I am hoping it isnt permanant situation, I need some ideas on improving my memory

A friend of mine gave me this formula: boil 3 cups of water, put one tablespoon of cinnamon powder and two bags of green tea; allow to cool down. Take 1/4 glass of it 3 times a day and voila, you will have long, vigorous life plus good control of your blood sugar. How true is this?

I'm taking Ritalin for ADHD, and I'm going to see the psychiatrist who prescribed it next week to check in about how it's working and whatnot. I know she's going to ask me if I've been eating normal meals since Ritalin is an appetite suppressent. Well, I haven't been, but it has nothing to do with the medication. There's part of me wants to tell her that I haven't been eating almost at all because I know that it's unhealthy and that I should ask someone for help. But I'm afraid that if I tell her that I haven't been eating enough that she won't want me to take stimulants anymore, and I tried Strattera and it didn't work, so then I don't know what other options there would be. And also part of me doesn't want her to know so she can't try to stop me from starving myself. So should I keep it secret and deal with it on my own, or should I tell my psychiatrist what I've been doing and risk messing up the ADHD stuff.

I'm 5'3 and I weigh 150lbs and I want to lose 15lbs. My bra size is a 34D and I want to go back to a smaller cup. 2 yrs ago I had a baby and before him I wore a 34B. So if I lose 15lbs would my breast shrink to atleast a 34C??

And I'm not talking about the calories either. I've heard that chewing gum tricks the body into thinking its eating -- is this true? And of it is, would that make you lose weight because you have a smaller appetite, or gain weight... somehow?

I caught Vivax Malaria last year and a year later I still have it. Have tried malaron, Quinine, Chloroquine, primiquine and I am still getting attacks. Rigors, Bleeding gums and noses, high temperature and have just about had enough. I have had months off work. Will I ever get rid of it? Is that possible? Are there any wonder drugs? I am 88kgs.

I am a case of IDDM get use of Glargine as basal and Humalog for covering the meals and extra blood sugaer .I want to know for example if before meal my blood sugar is 200 mg.dl how many Humalog is needed to correct my BSto 80mg/dl.I know for the meal I should take insulin according to the quantity of carbs I use.Thanks a lot
