in all seriousness, if you hate it, you will never do it.
But for me, running always helped me trim up back there. Squats and lunges are great too. To target muscles a little more in the lunges, put your front foot on a step. Make sure to use proper form, because knees are finicky joints that like to hurt.

Remember it is impossible to target fat in just one area.To lose any fat you have to lose weight generally which will occurr from any exercise you want to do.
What you can do in a specific area is improve the muscle tone, while you are losing the fat. Walking, running, lunges, leg rasises from kneeling are the best.

push aways = from the table - just eat half portions
and walk - 3x a day 15 minutes a burst - burns more (fat)
than a 45 minutes walk
