I'm 5'3 and I weigh 150lbs and I want to lose 15lbs. My bra size is a 34D and I want to go back to a smaller cup. 2 yrs ago I had a baby and before him I wore a 34B. So if I lose 15lbs would my breast shrink to atleast a 34C??

Weight loss is different for different people. When I lose weight it starts from my waist up even though I need to lose from the waist down. You could end up with a smaller breast size but you won't know until it happens. Sad but true!

I know when I lost 70 pounds I still had big man-boobs, every night I went to bed and felt myself up. Then the next morning I felt like such a **** I couldn't even look at myself in the mirror.

breast contains adipose tissue, ( among other things ) when you lose weight its only natural that it should also shrink...

the theory if you but weight on there you can lose it there is usually right
