i weigh 155 im 6 ft and all i want to do is get abs and more cut i have physcial tranning 3 times a week which i rin about 10 to 12 miles during what should i eat

eat high protein diet. like tofu, fish , nuts and switch to whole grain like brown rice, brown bread or whole grain pasta
