As a mental health provider myself I highly recommend a taking a collaberation of a anti-depressant as well as anti-anixety medication. I perfer Wellbutrin along with kolonapin. This tends to be very effective.

Exercise is the best anti anxiety solution.
Brisk walks and being with people helps too.
How about Lorazapam?

You can also try the health food stores for natural things to use for anxiety. Kava Kava is one of them.

Also doing some deep breathing and relaxing exerces that help with anxiety.

I have panic attacks and depression. I have been on SO many different pills. But I have been on celexa for about two years and it seems to be working great. With my other pills, I always ended up getting immune to them so I had to keep upping my dose. I havnt upped my dose in over a year and Im doing pretty good! Good luck :)
