I'm 26. Is it too late to get a back brace and make my posture better? I slouch all the time, and I know I

might be getting a hump ALREADY!

You should bring this up with your doctor because the hump could be a sign of osteoporosis. A brace is usually given to a person while they are still growing, but there could still be something they could do for you. Just try to become aware of your posture and constantly remind yourself to sit or stand straight.
