Chocolate was the discoverd by the Mayans who called it the food of the goods. Before Columbus it was used as a form of money.
And better yet, it doesn't make you fat.
Modern chocolate bars have a lot of fat, but it is not the chocolate that is making you fat, it is the milk, oil and other yummy fats that they add.

If you like chocolate, eat it! But not all the time. My mother always told me if you are going to do something, do the best! So, if you like chocolate eat the best chocolate! I like dark chocolate! Have fun!

Milk chocolate does.
Dark chocolate is fine but READ THE LABELS it has to be cocao.
America doesn't really make high quality chocolates.
One quality piece usually satisfies.And it's true!

depends what else your eating. on top of a high intake of calories and fat from other things you have had in the day its sure not going to make you slim. as long as you eat sensibly your body can deal with a sensible amount of chocolate without you putting on weight
