The problem is. After passing the urine the tip of the will lookes always wet. I mean few drop comes reguarly after completing. I have taken all TEST all are POSTIVE no defects found. I have tryed English, Ayruvediec, Homyopathy and Unanie MEDICIENS. So far i didnt get 10% result. RECOMMANT ME FOR A GOOD EXPERIENCED DOCTOR. THIS MATTER IS VERY SERIOUS>

You should have mentioned your age...
If you are above 45 - 50 then there may be enlarged prostate gland that interrupts the flow of urine... because the gland is positioned just touching the passage for urinary flow... enlarged prostate glands, in long run, usually turn malignant (cancerous)… hence it is always better to get them treated or operated upon at the earliest…
The second reason may be prolonged problems in your digestive system... constipation or irregular / not so smooth stool... the interruption may cause due to pressure exerted by accumulated unreleased stool over the passage for urinary flow…
Ask any good doctor to examine for these two probable ailments...

Please try 7 nos of "PRANAYAMS" as prescribed by Ramdevji Maharaj. If you are from India, try to see the "AASTHA" channel from 5:30am to 8am and 8pm to 9pm.
I may mention the name of the "PRANAYAMS" & its timings here. Regarding methods you may follow the methods shown by Ramdevji Maharaj at "AASTHA" channel or buy the CDs published by HIM.
Name & timings of "PRANAYAMS" are
1. VASTRIKA - 5 minutes
2. KAPAALVATI - 15 minutes
3. BAJHYA - 5 times
4. ONULOM - BILOM - 15 minutes
5. VRAMORI - 5 times
6. UDGEET - 5 times &
7. DHYAN - 1 to 2 minutes
If you can attain this timings, at the begining it is tough to attain, I think within one week you will get the result.

A drop or two or urine at the end of passing urine is NORMAL. Do not drive yourself crazy wondering about it.

It doesn't sound like this is really a problem. Just shake the few drops away and don't worry abut it, you weren't quite as "complete" as you thought.
Before searching for another urologist, you really might consider seeing a mental health professional about your anxiety over this.
