You seem to be very fat indeed if your claim is fact. Don't haste to reduce your weight by not eating anything and only thinking of exercise. Drink plenty fluid (water, fruit juice) soup and so forth and try avoiding rice, potatoe, and high calorie stuff. At the same time do thorough exercises (aerobics will be better) in the morning and evening. Brisk walking is helpful besides exercises.

You mean you weigh 95 pounds? 6 and a half stone? You are 5 foot 10 and you want to lose weight? You need to put weight ON if you want to be healthy.

Being skinny is NOT the same as being healthy. Eat three balanced regular fresh food meals a day, no crappy snacks or shakes or pills. If you feel hungry - have some fruit. Drink plenty of water. Take some regular exercise (anything you want, but you have to like it so you'll keep it up) and you'll achieve everything you want and have a great body you can be proud of.

I'm assuming you're female (no male would ask a question like this), and if you carry on thinking like this then your're in danger of developing serious eating disorders (if you haven't already).

Remember, if a foodstuff comes in layers of wrapping and with an expiry date stamped on it, don't eat it. Eat fresh things.

95 Kg, i assume. That is a bit overweight, but not yet obese. If you mean 95 lbs, then you are underweight, and that has much more immediate consequences.
How often have you found yourself eating just because you see something that looks nice, or finishing everything on your plate, just out of habit. The best advice i can give you is to eat anything you want, but only when you are actually hungry. Focus on what you are eating, and stop when full. Bin any leftovers immediately, otherwise you are likely to sit and pick at them. Any exercises is good, just try to vary it so you don't get bored. Try to see it as a long term life change rather than a short term diet. Good luck, keep safe.

Firstly consult your medical practitioner before starting any exercise regime.
You need to find something that you enjoy, i joined a gym and found it incredibally boring. Instead Ive starting walking and am saving for a bike so I can do bike rides. more fun and you actually go somewhere. If you dont mind the gym and you can find a gym partner ask about having a fitness plan made for you, most charge a small amount but at some gyms they do it as part of your membership. Also look at your diet, a healthy balanced diet is essential so you dont drop.
Try a healthy breakfast of yoghurt and some fruit, kicks starts you metabolism, salad/sandwich at lunch, then for your evening meal something enjoyable. Males should get roughly 2500 kcals and female 1500-2000 kcals. Finding someone to exercise will help you stick at it and not get bored. Invest in a healthy eating cook book, that can give you loads of tasty healthly meal options.

They way to lose weight is to stop eating after 6 PM, preferrably 5 PM. I will be honest...the first 3 to 4 days are tough since you are breaking a habit of eating late. But as soon as you accomplish this goal, you will start seeing results instantly. To speed up that process, walk or exercise first thing in the morning before you eat anything. Do this for 1 full month and you will lose close to 10 pounds of fat. Stay away from the alchohol, sweets, whites and eat whole grain foods that will keep you satisfied for hours. Make sure to eat the size of your fist each 2 to 3 hours. This is is the way to lose weight...QUARANTEED. My friends and family do this and you see the results instantly. Good luck.

Any cardiovascular exercise should be done for at least 20 minutes and at most 60 minutes to reach the ideal target heart rate. Check your heart rate when you exercise and find out if it is closer to your ideal target heart rate. If it is not, change your speed or resistance to let you reach your ideal rate faster. This will give you the most benefits and the best cardio experience.

Exercise speeds up the process of weight loss. Yoga, aerobics, pilates, kickboxing are some of the more popular exercises. But the best exercises that stimulate weight loss and provide maximum benefits are cardio exercises. These exercises not only improve your health but also help you achieve your ideal target heart rate faster.

The best way to lose weight is to eat properly. Make your food from scratch using only fresh ingredients. Try not to eat fatty things like pastry goods and lay off the sweets, biscuits etc. Cut down on Carbs (Pots, pasta, bread) and eat plenty of veg and fruit. Try walking to the shops and ride a bike if you have one. BUT DO IT EVERY DAY

I don't advise the gym, it's very expensive considering you can exercise for free.
For good exercises go to weightlossresources.co.uk, they have many different plans including a walking challenge.
As for eating, just eat a healthy balanced diet. Replace white bread with wholemeal and go for the lower fat version of everything (watch how many calories they have)
Snack on fruit, eat only when you're hungry, don't skip breakfast and don't eat after 6PM.
Drink loads of water and try to avoid soft drinks.
Good luck.

Man you are big, first you had better get on a good diet, and begin with light exercises, swimming, cycling, walking. I think eating is your problem, so get some advice on that, then advice with your life style.
