What is up with this? Shouldnt i have plenty of energy.

Too much sleep makes you even more tired. Not enough exercise. Depression. Sleep apnea. Breathing disorders..
Get a complete physical including blood tests. Test for thyroid,liver,kidney problems. Eat less sugar.
Check for side-effects of medications and illegal substance use.
Avoid alcohol
Vitamin deficiency.

Are you taking any medication at all. Even Tylenol can effect your system. But coming from someone who sleeps more that 12 hours a day, I know for a fact the more you sleep the more you'll be tired

length of sleep does not equal to the energy you have. two things you might want to check.

1. liver
2. Kidney

drink plenty of water or do DETOX to help gain better energy and cleaner system.

Sounds like me most of the time!!!!!!!!!
You may have slept too much; you may be needing vitamins of some kind.
You could be going through the beginning phase of depression.
It is a serious thing though; if it persists too many more days (not even 1 week), please go get checked out by a doctor.

Maybe you're coming down with something, I discovered these vitamin packets Emergen-C, oversleeping gets you groggy an lethargic too.

I know when I oversleep i feel groggy when i wake up. Are you sure you dont need to take iron pills?
