sweetheart, just get used to being short, I am 5' foot even and I have tried all the "tricks in the book". You're only going to get as tall as you're meant to be.
In otherwords, if you're going to continue growing, it won't be on your time table.

As a Medical student here in the US I am going to tell you one thing: There is no way to influence how tall you're going to be without some serious side effects to your health. I'm not going to tell you the one way I know for sure will put height on you as it is illegal and I could potentially get sued. If you figure it out, I am here to tell you that introducing this to your body at your young age might put you at risk for about 150 different health conditions (that's just off the top of my head) that will haunt you for the rest of your life. There are a lot of "snake-oil" type products out there that will claim to make you taller, but they will not do anything other than take money out of your wallet. It's been debated within the medical community for years whether exercise and a healthy diet influence height while the epiphesial discs are open, but my opinion has always been it can't hurt. Eat right and stay active and watch out for fantastic claims or cures. Remember that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Also do some research into how your body actually grows from Web-MD or some other reliable source. That should give more answers to any questions you may have.

It's your body which does the growing. If you supply it with enough raw material, it will grow as much as it can until about 20, and then slow down growth until it stops at 25. Just make sure you eat all the things needed to form new cells. That means enough protein, to form flesh, and enough calcium and vitamin D, to form bones. Those are plentyful in dairy products (and no low-fat dairy products! Vitamin D is only soluble in fat, and it isn't the 3% fat in a yoghurt which will make you fat, it is the 50% fat in bacon or potato chips which will do it.) You have to get enough sunlight, because your body needs it to extract vitamin D from the milk (or yogurt, or cheese, or whatever). Getting exersize is important as well, you don't have to be an athlete, but if you are a couch potato, your muscles shrink instead of growing.
Another thing: don't panic if you're small. If your parents are small too, maybe it's genetically set that you'll remain at that height. But if they are taller than 5', maybe you are a late grower. I was always the smallest girl, in the 8th grade I was 5'2'' and weighed 70 pounds, and in the 9th I started really growing, today I am as tall as my mum, 5'10'', such stories are not unusuall.
If a medical condition prevents you from growing, you should take advice from a doctor, maybe he'll prescribe you growth hormones. But that is a serious matter and not done for cosmetical reasons, because it can present a serious health risk.

I've been 5'0 since the 6th grade. I'm 20 now and have not grown at all. At 15 you are most likely the height you are going to be around. You may have a growth spurt or grow a tiny bit but it's probably not likely - - especially a 4 inch growth spurt. Look at the women in your family if you are able to. How tall are they? You will probably end up around their height. There is no real way to increase your height unless you plan on breaking your legs and putting a separated between the broken bones so they have to stretch to heal. Somehow, I fail to see how any doctor would preform this on a 15 year old normal sized girl.

Be happy with who you are. Being short is pretty awesome so enjoy it.

Gymnastics keep your bones from growing, since you are always pounding on them from the moves in gymnastics. Height is also based, sort of loosely, on your genetic background. Parents heights play a dominate part on your height. If you do gymnastics, stop them and you will have a growth spurt. Don't give up on getting your growth spurt, it's not too late. I went from 5' in 7th grade to 5'4" in 8th grade to now 5'7" after high school.
