Seeing as it's the weather is starting to clear up and the snow has melted, I think that it would be a pretty good idea to kick off my spring/summer with a fitness goal of somesort. I'm not overweight and am in pretty good physical condition and physically fit.
However, I noticed that when I'm bored I tend to head to the refridegerator and grab snacks or a scoop of ice cream. I think that sooner or later it'll catch up to me.
So basically, if I were to go running (+ walking) for at least 30 minutes 2-3 times a week, would any weight be deducted?
Also, what are some good healthier snack choices I could eat instead of chips and ice cream. I eat fruit pretty often, and also intake some 100 packs here and there for lunch.
-thanks
