Glucose is the sugar found in your blood. Normal fasting glucose levels should be less than 110. If you are concerned about your glucose level then ask your doc about getting glucose testing done.

Non diabetic range in 60-105. You're perfect.
In medicine, blood sugar is a term used to refer to levels of glucose in the blood. Blood sugar concentration, or serum glucose level, is tightly regulated in the human body. Glucose, transported via the bloodstream, is the primary source of energy for the body's cells. Levels rise after meals and are usually lowest in the morning, before the first meal of the day.

It's another name for the amount of sugar in your body. normal is around 80-120 (depending on the individual lab) and if it's above 120, you are hyperglycemic, below 80, hypoglycemic. It's generally it's highest in the morning. Testing the glucose levels is one way they check for diabetes, so if yours was at 96, it's about perfect and you shouldn't worry.

It is the amount of sugar your body is producing. I believe that 96 is pretty close to normal. Mine was 104 at fasting and they told me that was normal.
