Well, that depends on how you react to tylenol in addition to benedryl, because Tylenol PM is the combo of those 2.

It depends on how your body reacts to medicines. If you have a high tolerance, it may not affect you as much as somebody who doesn't. For a lot of people I know, Tylenol PM are like knockout drops and when they do wake up, they are all groggy and stupid. I also know of a lady who takes them every night and wakes up fine. It really depends on your body.

I wouldn't recommend you take it unless you plan on sleeping something like 12 hours. I took it once and slept for virtually 10 hours. I swear if my brother hadn't woken me up I would have slept for a total of 12.

no mam...you might wake up a little groggy and not be alert enough to concentrate and pass that exam...try taking a sleepy time tea or something instead, it relaxes you, and helps you sleep well :o) Good luck!

I think if you take it early - about 8 p.m. you should be ok.
