Here are a couple simple ways to get yourself much healthier before the weekend.

1. Take aspirin every 4 hours to feel the best you can.

2. Get Vick's Vaprub and rub it on your chest for overnight each night until you get well.
(Put it on your Mom also) This will loosen up the chest congestion and allow it to come up with coughing.

3.Mouthwash with Hydrogen peroxide, several times a day and it will help clear the sore throat. This was recommended by my Dentist and I have done it for many years for any oral problems.

4. Your Mother should take a Sinus medication like Tylenol for sinus, it will dry the sinus cavities and the Eustachian tubes to the ears and help with the ear infection. Do all of the above for her to.

Drink warm liquids, like tea, chicken broth , soups and crackers. The warm fluids keep the congestion thinner and allow it to run.

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS. YOU ACTUALLY CAN DIE FROM BRONCHITIS. Sadly enough my Mother did in 1998.

Please take care and get well.

Since you can't really stop yourself from getting sick, I would just recomment you see a doctor ASAP. Maybe they could give you an antibiotic or something. If it is Bronchitis coming on then I highly doubt you'll make it to the Bday parties. Your friends will understand. Everyone gets sick and knows how miserable it can be. Feel better!

Sleep with a humidifier in your room at night. The moist air might help you cough up anything in your lungs so you don't get infected.

Call your doctor pronto and get in to either urgent care or to see a physician (or PA) and get on antibiotic pronto. In a couple of days, you will feel better and not be contageous anymore.

And its spelled bronchitis. FYI
