I have all these diseases, pls comment specially if you are living in Amazon Jungle or member of wild Indonesian tribe or highly respected native of Congo Jungle, I like herbs and spices and Homeopathic someone could guide me. I dont want to die unnecessarily my kids are too young and as I have lots of plans and lots of desires and wishes most of them are still unfulfilled because lack of money. Local doctors are telling me to get a discount grave plot and their prescription drugs could do the final push. My one foot is in grave and other foot is on Banana peel. Help me if you can

I've been recommended by a friend to try ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) regularly as a basic supplement to healthy living. He swears that it has many beneficial properties, that to be honest I feel silly even repeating (it sounds like a miracle cure, which makes me skeptical that it really works and he isn't just feeding me hyperbole that he read on the internet). My partner snores, even on his side. We've tried nasal strips and the spray stuff even done together and I'm still sat on the sofa because he's in the land of knod and snoring away.
I know there's medical options, drilling the nasal passages, cutting away excess skin around the throat to name two. I also know that losing weight can help (yes he is overweight) but that will take time. If anyone can help me to get a good night's sleep I'd like to hear from you. Please this is serious and I'm not interested in stupid replies just so you get a couple of points.

dry peeling skin in rectul area,(in crack area& scrotum area were raw) no itching or burning. red raw skin on bottom of scrotum, (just on bottom of testicles) some days dry&itchy, some times it's moist and burns& burns the inside of thighs were scrotum touches& when moist it loohs like i have red scrathes in area just small little lesions & just in that area. ( also on foreskin were not circumsised sometimes & have a red spot were skin and penis attach) these don't hurt might itch occasionly. itchy &dry above penis in hair area but not all the time just ocassionly. Back of my knees are always red & kind of swollen & irratble.(don't know if associated but started same time) sometimes i have red itchy bumps on legs (was first symptons i think ) but don't have them very often now. no other areas affected.

I am right to assume you know what form I am talking about? I believe I cut myself around 10 times or so. Never with the idea of suicide. First out of pure curiousity, but as it progressed and became more of an indulgence in the later hours. There is an obvious darker connection that goes hand in hand with this and I won't deny that. But now, I have the constant urge to continue again. Besides of the obvious scarring, It doesn't seem like there's anything more negative than that for me. Do you think maybe it's really not all that bad?
