Bicylces and leg lifts are my favorite to tone the ab muscles. But remember, these and many others will only tone the muscles - to get rid of extra flab, you have to do cardio exercises.

I would try...leg lifts, scissors, flutter kicks, bicycle-crunches, oblique crunches,,,,(see the link below). Good luck!
