Cardio, cardio and more cardio! Thats the honest truth..you have to literally "BURN" the calories..there is no other alternative unless liposuction if you go that route! =)

healthy and fast really dont go hand in hand with weight loss. Healthy is 2 lbs max (losing or gaining).

Cardio will take care of the inches from the stomach and thighs. Do 30 minutes of cardio a day and in a few weeks you should start to notice changes (go by how your clothes fit).

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Weight watchers and exercise. Not fast but you did not put it on fast and it works! I lost 85 pounds 25 years ago and last week I checked in with 2/10 of a pound over my goal.
I have tried other diets and none have been as successful as this one. Some are even dangerous.

Detox Detox Detox... and get those lymph nodes working by some jumping or arm swinging...

Detox will jump start your fat burning and will help with bloating,

Fresh veggies and fruits, stay away from simple sugars and processed foods. Eat 2 eggs every day along with some fish or chicken at another meal.

Weight train after you get going, muscle burns fat while you sleep.

Try getting flax oil every day, and natural liver helpers.

Drink water and nothing else, unless a protein drink.

Drink plenty of water eat at least 6 small meals a day the more you feed your body the faster your metabolism works. Eat small portions, lots of greens,veggies and plenty of fruit. Eat small amounts of carbohydrates but stay away from sugary foods and deep fry food not good. Walking is very good and a nice core work out will be best.

If you want to lose weight fast, then I suggest a low carb, no sugar diet. Also, use the treadmill everyday for 40 minutes

Lot's of cardio working out. And maybe Core work out and leg workouts. Like Squats and LUnges. For Core, stuff like crunches, Cross Cable workouts.

But mainly cardio, like biking, running, jogging. Just keep on going. and no pain, no gain.
