I can't tell if you're being facetious or not. If you truly do have diabetes, you need to make sure you are eating a well rounded diet. Cut out simple sugars...no candy, cookies, cakes, pies. Eat fruits a couple times a day, veggies 3 times a day, but also make sure you are getting protein and whole grains. A diabetic diet can be complicated....too much so to type up here. You need to talk with a dietician or conventional doctor to get that sort of guidance.
Cut out fat in your diet. There are healthy fats like olive oil, almonds, walnuts, reduced fat peanut butter. But trans fats will raise your cholesterol. Being a diabetic you are at high risk for heart disease. That is why you need to keep your blood sugars regulated.
For hypertension, be sure you cut out added salt in your diet. Have adequate intake of calcium, but be careful because dairy products contain a lot of salt. You most likely need conventional medication for hypertension.
You absolutely have to start exercising, even if that is just walking for 40 minutes a day. That will help all your conditions.
You really need to find a way to see a doctor who can treat your condition, and you will have to take prescription drugs to do so effectively. Hopefully you can find a clinic or some sort of aid so you can acquire proper medical care.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

There is no alternative medicine that will help you manage these diseases. You will die much sooner if you decide not to comply with your MD's. Alternative medicines are costly and you have to buy so much of the stuff, price per day would not be very cost effective for you,and usually are not effective .Diabetes and HBP are diseases you can manage, and live without complications, left untreated, can effect every body system, especially heart, kidneys, brain and nervous system, your blood vessels and eyesight .Take care. Eat a teaspoon of cinnamon every day. No joke. You can even put it on toast or in tea etc..
Also change your diet. Go back to traditional foods, no processed foods.
You should eat roots, berries, nuts, crops (organic), game meat, etc... This has proven to be very effective.
EDIT: Forgot to include excercise. Even light excercise. Walk every day. Each time you walk go just a little bit farther.
You'll see the improvement quickly.

You may have what's known as the Metabolic Syndrome. It's entirely possible to fix with lifestyle changes alone, especially in the early stages.
