i've been gaining a lot of bulk in my legs and my arms due to elliptical machine workouts i do at the gym. i don't like the way they look and i've gained 20 lbs cos' of them. how can i lose them? should i eat less and what exercise should i do to lose those yucky muscles

Start running on the treadmill instead. Cut back on your calories, and do Pilates 5 times a week. You will start to slim down in about a week or two.
