Does anybody knows where to buy ephedra in US legally? I had used it before, I have inmune system probles, so I do not get energy at all, when I used to take it, it did help me a lot, now I do not know what to do, and when I go to the doc they can't find anything wrong, so if you have any info where I will apreciated. Thank you.

Ephedra is still illegal but ephedrine is not. Ephedrine is a natural herbal supplement and is not banned by the F.D.A. Ephedra is a man made synthetic version of ephedrine and cannot be purchased in the U.S. Both have about the same effect on the body. I have been taking ephedrine for 7 years and I am in great physical condition. No heart troubles and my blood pressure is perfect. Taken properly ephedrine can be a great fat loss supplement. Search for something with 25 milligrams of ephedrine and 200 milligrams of guaifenesin. 6 pills a day should help curb your appetite and boost your energy level.

Ephedra is now legal in the US again, just not with added stimulants or the ephedrine version (yes there is a difference between ephedra & ephedrine)
If you have immune system problems, ephedra would not be your best choice. Ephedra works by borrowing future energy from the body and using it now. Thats why as soon as you stop you get exhausted. Your immune system can not afford that type of loss.
You should be building up your immune system with immune supplements. These are easy to find at any health food store or Walmart. I also suggest that you try a new product by Dannon yogurt. I believe the name is immune something.
It tastes just like yogurt and is found in a 4 pack. The bottles are about 2 ounces each and you drink it like Kifer or a yogurt smoothie. It's really very good. This will help build up your immune system naturally and allow you to regain energy.
There are so many natural products now that work to improve the immune system your sure to find several that work well for you.

Just go to google, type in ephedra sales. It's ephedrine that you can buy LEGALLY if you're over 18. What they banned was it in diet/metabolism supplements (e.g. mixing caffeine with ephedra, etc.)
I've been taking it for years, along with about 5 others. Any product, if abused can cause serious problems, no different with ephedra. Safe, moderate use. I cannot stress that enough.

You can't get ephedra legally in the US. As far as I know you can't even get it from a doctor. (It is Illegal) You should try working out for about 30 mins a day it will help with your energy.
