I want a six pack and I already do some exercise. During a typical week I would:
Play 7-a-side football for an hour at least twice a week.
Have an 11-a-side match on a Saturday (Aug-May)
Work out each muscle group with weights once a week (I take 3 sessions working out two muscle groups in each session) with situps between each reps.

Unfortunately I think my diet has a huge part in holding me back.
A bowl of cereal for breakfast with full-fat milk
For lunch:
An apple
A Cereal Bar
A fruit drink
A sandwich with some sort of meat in it (usually chicken or ham)
For dinner I would usually have some meat such as chicken,lamb,steak or pork with a vegetable and potatoes/chips
I would also go to the cinema at least once a week and often I'd go to the pic'n'mix, I can't help it!

Any advice for getting the holy grail of the six pack?

I had a headace all day yesterday starting at around 2 pm. Then towards the the end of the day at around 8 pm i started to get an earache. It feels like its inside my ear and its making my throat hurt a little. I've tried ear drops and ibuprofen. Knocked the pain back a little, but not much. On a scale of 1-10 i'd say the pain reaches 9 at points. Its saturday, so i can't go to the doctor's office, should i go to the emergency room? What could be causing this? I've thought about ear wax build-up, but i clean my ears regularly, and i use the safety q-tips, the ones that are shaped to make sure they don't go to far into your ear. So, i'm pretty lost as to whats going on. Any ideas? On relief until monday, or causes?

I have had braces for only about 5 months now. My teeth were basically all over the place! The teeth that are suposed to be next to my two front teeth are litterally directly behind them They are not visable almost at all. They started out by removing all 4 of my bicuspid to create room and then put my braces on. The teeth behind the front teeth have nothing on them though and I'm thinking it's, because they are moving the cuspids(canines) more towards the back since they are where the second teeth should be. My question is how are they going to move the teeth up from behind though? Will I need to wear some kind of headware or use another device. I just don't understand and my orthodontist is just not taking me seriously. I am 19 years old and out on my own. I had to wait to get braces, because my parents just could not afford it. When I ask him questions he always just says "Oh we will worry about it when we get there!" Does he know what he is doing? Any thoughts would be great. Thanx

About a month ago I stepped into the shower and my back began to hurt. The pain is in the lower back above the coccyx to the left about an inch or two. I cant walk straight and feel like Im bent to one side a bit.
I really dont want to see a doctor as where I live they only speak Spanish!
Any ideas as to what it might be and how I can remedy the problem?
Its been over a month and everyday I think its getting better but by the end of the day I know its not.
Im going to start work again soon (guitar player for seasonal work) and have to do 6 gigs a week but dont know if I can.
Please help

My dentist stopped while glue was setting and tried to interest my in jewelry a watch for my wife all of them embedded or crusted with bleached human teeth instead of pearl or diamond, it was really strange and they looked cheap not even real gold.

it happens every other week from then on out. I have severe stomach pain that leads to going to the bathroom but most of the time no diarrhea. My grandmother has an upset stomach and diarreah, for over a week now, and she's sick of eating soup! Any other ideas on what she can have. She has been to the doctor, they have run tests, bloodwork, catscan, and they have found nothing! I'm not sure what else to do. She is on a prescription diarreah pill and she can't have any antacids due to the antibiotic she takes. HELP!!! I feel so bad for her. She refuses to go the the hospital.
