Lay upside down on your couch and hold your breath for 20-30 seconds.
Or get a glass of water and drink up to 4 glasses of it.
Or have somebody scare you when you least expect it-always works!

Every time I get hiccups, I just draw in as big of a breath as I can and hold it until I can't hold it anymore (as long as at all possible). I almost never fails, and if it doesn't work, I do it again and I don't think it has ever not worked the second time.
Different things work for different people though, so hope this works for you. It is so easy and can be done anywhere. I mean, how are you going to hang upside down on your couch when you have hiccups on the freeway???

Okay, I know this will sound kinda weird, but when I have hiccups, I reach my finger into the back of my mouth and manually rub my uvala, and this actually works about 90% of the time. I can't remember who showed me that trick, but I thought it was worth a try so I did it and it worked.

Might sound weird but some1 told me u just have 2 think "I need oxygen".Heard this works.But never tried.
