Fat on your stomach means you are fat in general. Situps or crunches won't really help. A bloated belly is your body's way of saying you need to improve your overall fitness. Just targeting your stomach won't work.

Sit-ups and crunches no longer work. Buying a gym equipment like an abflex something, or going to a real gym is best for you.

Do not eat stuf with fat.Run more, play sports when you can.If it seams to get worse talk to your docter.

U problem must calories, not ecersizces.
more less kalorie, not so much tummy.
