Ive started this regime which consists of
4 sets of 40 push ups
3 sets of 30 squats
5 sets of 100 crunches
50 star jumps
and if Ive still got some energy a 5 min sprint
ever since I started this my appitite has increased and so has my weight. Ive been eating healthy foods to satisfy my hunger such as nuts (pistacios, almonds, pine nuts) and fruits/veg (celery, bananas, carrots) Eeven though I ate a huge meal of an 8onz sirloin steak with veggies I was still peckish 2-3 hours later which usualy wouldnt happen! usualy id be stuffed like hell and be moaning about it! any thoughts why this is happening?
